Upon completing all required course work, certificate students need to:

• Send PRAXIS II scores to UNC Charlotte and NCDPI
• PRAXIS II Information
• Make application for Licensure in the TEAL Office
• Complete Application for Candidacy for Graduate Certificate
• Apply for a Graduate Certificate from the Graduate School
  • The Application for Certificate form may be completed online through 49er Express through Banner Self Service.
