Admission Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university.
• Official transcripts with an overall GPA of at least 2.75 OR at least 2.5 with very strong recommendations. If you do not have an overall GPA of 2.5, please contact the Office of Teacher Education Advising and Licensure at 704-687-8725 or the Teacher Recruiter at 704-687-8684 for assistance and advice before you apply to the Graduate Certificate in Teaching.
• Three recommendations from persons knowledgeable of your interaction with children or youth.
• Application as a Graduate Certificate student using the online ApplyYourself admission application at http://www.graduateschool.uncc.edu/admissions/apply-now.html.
