If you are participating in a UNC Charlotte online program or course, and you have a have a question or concern about the final course grade you received, you should first contact the instructor who assigned the grade. If you are unable to resolve the grievance over a final course grade you are encouraged to follow the procedures found here: University Policy 410, Policy and Procedures for Student Appeals of Final Course Grades.
If you are participating in a UNC Charlotte online program or course, and you have a concern about your experiences with UNC Charlotte other than your final grade, you are encouraged to first contact the Senior Program Manager for your program. If your concerns are still unresolved, the following options are available to you:
- Follow UNC Charlotte’s process for student complaints. You may also contact The Commission on Colleges of The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
- If you live in one of the states listed below, you have the option of contacting the state where you are residing to express your concerns.
